Retailer poll: Order Incentives

We recently asked comic book retailers what kind of incentive encourages them to order more copies of a particular book.

Poll results showed that the leading type of incentive that encourages retailers to order more copies of a book are deep discount offers.


Conversation based on the poll suggested that smaller accounts benefit more from free copies and returnable comics while larger retail accounts look more for deep discount offers, although the correlation was anecdotal.
